Caterina has been a working Pastry Chef for over 20 years. She has studied with some of the world’s most respected Master Pastry Chefs, and worked in some of the best hotels in Maryland. In addition to her experience in the food business, Caterina also has an MBA. She is available for writing projects, book and product reviews.
