I love mint flavored baked goods, confections and ice cream. It’s one of those flavors that can draw the line down a room pretty quickly and for those that don’t like it – they really, really don’t like it. I hear echoes of analogies to toothpaste, lozengers or worse – even comparisons to menthol cigarettes…
