   Nan, I’m not sure what link you are looking at but go to this link http://www.goodfoodgourmet.com/cakes/the-best-damn-coffeecake-ever/, and you will find the complete instructions on how to prepare the cake. The instructions on how to make the streusels are at the upper part of the page, but scroll down and you will find the recipe for the hot milk cake which is used as the base for the coffeecake along with the recipe for the milk glaze that goes on after is has cooled…hope that helps.
